个人简介

 陈静，博士，副研究员（绿色通道），硕士生导师。主要研究方向为：1）化合物体内外抗炎症、抗肥胖及癌症活性评价；2）制备递送体系提高脂溶性化合物体内生物利用度。截至2024年2月，发表论文30余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者20篇，主要发表在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry， Food & function， Phytomedicine， Journal of Functional Foods等专业权威期刊；主持国家自然基金1项，省部级项目6项。
